Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient HR processes.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, from job posting to on-
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of labor laws in Jordan and the GCC, ensuring all HR practices comply with local and regional laws.
- Manage the implementation and utilization of HR systems such as ZenHR to streamline HR functions.
- Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment progress, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the trading, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws in Jordan and the GCC region.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to travel to Bahrain for one week every month.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and payroll systems.
- Experience implementing HR systems like ZenHR.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and current trends in HR technology.
