Job offer: Product Director

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with the company’s goals and IT market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, sales, and customer support) to deliver high-quality IT solutions and meet business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements to ensure the
  product meets user needs and delivers value.
• Develop detailed product specifications, including wireframes, workflows, and user stories, to guide the development team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and customer behaviors to continuously improve product offerings.
• Follow the company's quality standards and safety procedures and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the IT industry.
• Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven experience in managing the product lifecycle and launching successful IT products.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision- making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
