Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the office environment.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, and ensure timely responses.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up to date.
- Maintain office equipment, ensuring that they are in good working condition and arranging for repairs when needed.
- Assist with invoicing, recordkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
