Responsibilities

Install and configure software and hardware.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Set up accounts and workstations.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
Configure networking hardware.
Replace faulty network hardware components when necessary.
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Implement data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that users encounter.
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
Assist with the configuration of new software and hardware.
Manage and execute technology-related projects.
Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure IT infrastructure does not interrupt business operations.

Qualifications

SQL and PL/SQL expertise.
Expertise in any core banking systems.
Proficiency in API integrations.
Oracle Linux administration.
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
