Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's flexible packaging solutions and products within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain, design, logistics, and planning to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and reports as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance product development and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG, Food and Beverage, Detergents, Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, or Plastics and Polymers industries.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with proficiency in French preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to multiple destinations as required.
