Job offer: Process Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
• Oversight and own the process of Centerline (CL) being sure that it is properly deployed and that is the most effective to maximize the quality of the product
• Participate to Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and provide inputs and actions related to any loss elimination activities and tasks Review and analyze Line Performance data and DMS in-process/output measures to contribute to a team Action plan to achieve KPIs.
• Review changeover CL and coach the team to identify and implement improvement opportunities to achieve rapid change-over (RCO) success criteria and standards.
• Coach the autonomous/self-sufficient team in order to create the capabilities in centerlines, problem-solving and loss elimination Communicate in a timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans, and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Cooperate with Line Lead to implement Standard work processes defined in Pillars (AM steps, quality factor, problem-solving SWP, etc).

Qualifications

• Higher Technical Education, Professional Technical Education
• 1 year of experience in an industrial environment or similar activities, with a preference for mechanical studies.
• Intermediate IT skills (Office).
• Data visualization and story telling.
• English skills at a basic or advanced level.
