Job offer: Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
• Act as an expert and support the production and supporting teams for all queries related to the product quality/process/systems used in production in adherence with OPEN+ pillars & system Manage the technical/scientific knowledge related to their production area (Product & Process & Systems) in order to consistently support the floor and maintain a high level of expertise
• Lead/coordinate complex process/system projects from the definition of options/solutions (technical development/research) to the implementation and post-project monitoring.
• Conduct Loss Analysis of key productivity KPIs and develop an action plan to eliminate the gap
• Communicate in a timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans, and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Act as SME and provide support during internal and/or external Ensure the follow-up of actions identified in his area of intervention.

Qualifications

• College/University: Engineering degree (EPF / HES / ES or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in production, quality, or engineering.
• Good knowledge of Office package.
• Experience in IWS DMS and Tools in an advantage
• Local Language: Fluent English: Fluent
