Job offer: Manufacturing Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
• Support production teams by providing Quality guidance and support in case of issues. Share knowledge and expertise to stakeholders (Q Champions) on new processes, requirements, methods or guidelines.
• Support investigation in a timely manner of non-conformities and deviation, leveraging on OPEN+ problem-solving tools. Support investigation and resolution of critical deviations contribute to defining disposal actions and when appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure support to manufacturing in order to improve DIMs performance and its impact on product quality, machines efficiency and production costs.
• Support investigation in a timely manner of non-conformities and deviation, leveraging on OPEN+ problem solving tools.
• Communicate all useful information for the flow of quality processes to colleagues and to support teams in order to meet productivity and quality.
• perform a critical review of executed production batch records and manage intermediate and finished product non-conformities and related corrective and preventive actions held with relevant stakeholders and ultimately confirm to the final approver that the product can be released for commercial manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Professional School, Technical Education, or equivalent skills gained through demonstrated experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in production, quality, or relevant skills gained through demonstrated experience.
• Knowledge of international standards (ISO).
• Advanced knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, analytical skills, and statistical tools.
• Ability to transform data into information (reporting skills).
• Local Language: Fluent/ English: Basic
