Responsibilities

  • Implement the policies established by the council and execute the decisions made by them.
  • Develop the annual work plan in alignment with the strategic plan of the company.
  • Oversee and manage the KPIs for the board members of companies owned by the company.
  • Collaborate with the board members to develop strategies that align with the company's vision.
  • Develop investment plans and bring new and suitable investment opportunities for the company to increase profits and expand its investment activities.
  • Represent the company in front of all authorities, and individuals, and sign contracts on behalf of the company in compliance with Jordanian law.
  • Manage the company's financial and administrative affairs according to the company’s laws, regulations, and instructions.
  • Prepare the company's annual budget draft and present it to the board of directors.
  • Provide reports on the company's performance to the board of directors, outlining performance indicators in areas of the company's operations, achievements, community service, and other activities.
  • Monitor the performance of companies owned by the company through reports.
  • Oversee the human resources policies and strategies related to promotion, salary adjustment, termination, and disciplining of employees, by the authorities defined by the Jordanian employee affairs system.
  • Appoint the company's department managers, select specific candidates, and present their names to the board of directors.
  • Appoint internal committees within the company and define their key performance indicators, according to the company’s laws and regulations.
  • Work directly with the committees appointed by the board of directors (human resources committee, investment committee, etc.).
  • Establish the working days and official working hours in alignment with the system.
  • Advise the board of directors on the company's annual staffing requirements and specify the positions that need to be filled each year.

  • Proven track record of successful leadership in high-level executive roles.
  • Proven ability to innovate and implement new business strategies.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development and management principles.
  • Expertise in financial management and budget oversight.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
