Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the Saudi market by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and networking with key stakeholders.
- Secure contracts for engineering projects in the Saudi market by developing and presenting compelling sales proposals, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by providing excellent customer service, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Form relationships with new clients by actively prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering presentations.
- Coordinate with the technical team within the organization to ensure alignment between sales offerings and the company's engineering capabilities, enabling the delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in the FMCG, Automotive, Packaging, Food & Beverage, or Detergents industries.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia.
