Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and consulting on complex HR issues, policies, and strategies.
- Partner with managers to understand business needs and challenges, and develop tailored HR solutions to support organizational goals.
- Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend data-driven actions to improve workforce productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR services and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, employment laws, and industry regulations, and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategic plan, aligning HR priorities with the organization's overall vision and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering, preferably in the FMCG, banking, or pharmaceutical industries.
- PHR or aPHRI certification.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
