Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on HR-related matters such as employee engagement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the FMCG, banking, or pharmaceutical industries.
- PHR or aPHRI certification.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and HR metrics reporting.
- Experience in change management and project management.
