Job offer: IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, utilizing project management software to track milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with project personnel, vendors, and end-users to understand and document project requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
• Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Implement and maintain document control policies and standardized documentation templates.
• Monitor the progress of component projects, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Evaluate and maintain standards for project components and products.
• Track project expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Compile comprehensive project reports and escalate issues to management as required.
• Ensure compliance with PMO policies, best practices, and organizational standards.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its phases.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
