Job offer: Techno - Functional Implementer

Responsibilities

• Making changes in the database according to customer requirements.
• Understanding the program and flow of code to provide quick solutions to clients.
• Provide demonstration of functionality and usage of the company products to new clients.
• Collaborate with Product managers and programmers during the sales process of the company products.
• Proactively take measures to prevent risks that can be faced at the client side which are related to the smooth functioning of the company products and providing a risk mitigation strategy.
• Understanding the client requirements of the company and communicating these requirements to the Analyst team and Developers.
• Constant follow-up with customers to ensure everything related to the company products works well at the client location.
• Meeting new customers and assisting them to assemble and integrate the company software systems/ products.
• Provide demonstrations of the company software systems/ products/ portals to potential customers/ clients.
