Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through exhaustive primary as well as secondary research.
- Use social media platforms like LinkedIn to track prospective clients and establish contact.
- Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
- Sell the company’s products and solutions by establishing contact with prospects over the phone or email.
- Develop productive relationships with prospects.
- Prepare monthly sales and business development MIS reports for the Sales & Marketing Manager’s review.
- Prepare presentations regarding the company’s products and solutions to be presented to the clients.
- Maintain trackers and database of all existing and prospective clients, and update them on a daily/weekly basis.
- Actively encourage the professional development of the sales executives.
- Prepare and submit reports on the sales executives’ performance to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management.
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
- Sales CRM experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing and sales strategies.
- Functional knowledge of the IT domain.
- MBA in Marketing and Sales.
