Job offer: Sr. e-Register Programmer

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful customization of e-register by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Provide support to clients on developed applications, troubleshooting technical bugs and change requests (CRs).
• Assist implementers with queries related to e-register.
• Recommend improvements to enhance Oracle application processes.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate the latest Oracle application development trends and software functionalities.
• Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures.
• Review code for potential performance issues and anomalies.
• Develop efficient, scalable, and reusable database code using SQL or PL/SQL.
• Create intuitive and logical user interfaces using Oracle Forms.
• Ensure optimization-focused design for high-availability and high-impact performance.
• Design and manage databases, views, stored procedures, and user-defined functions using best practices.
• Develop unit-tested code that is maintainable by the development team
• Identify, analyze, and resolve application performance and quality issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related subjects.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications.
• Familiarity with the Oracle ecosystem (At least 4-6 years of experience).
• Advanced knowledge in Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Technologies: Oracle Forms 6i, 10g, 12c, Oracle Reports 6i, 10g, 12c, Visual SourceSafe.
• Frameworks: Oracle Report, Oracle Forms Builder.
• Databases: Oracle 10g/11g/12c (Languages: MySQL, PL/SQL, SQL).
• Platforms: Oracle.
