Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and requirements.
• Create engaging graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media posts, banners, and presentations.
• Develop brand identity and maintain consistency across all design projects.
• Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality visuals.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring all specifications are met.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Provide constructive feedback on designs and work collaboratively to refine concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and technical skills.
