Job offer: Senior Policy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead studies and benchmarking activities to identify and propose initiatives that align with strategic priorities, preparing detailed briefs for management outlining purpose, expected outcomes, and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate with initiative management teams and sector specialists to track progress toward strategic goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
• Develop and coordinate the execution of economic programs and initiatives in collaboration with sector experts, proposing specific activities aimed at meeting strategic objectives.
• Establish new KPIs and goals for initiatives that align with key strategic drivers.
• Conduct research in support of strategic planning, proposing initiatives and programs that align with overarching organizational objectives, and passing them down for approval and implementation.
• Collaborate with project leaders to assess outcomes, document lessons learned, and integrate findings into future planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, recommending updates or changes based on outcomes and shifts in strategy.
• Provide comprehensive research briefs and documentation on various topics as needed.
• Regularly deliver updates on KPI achievements and progress toward strategic goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
• Take responsibility for strategic analysis and research efforts, recommending programs and initiatives that align with strategic goals.
• Prepare and present documentation and briefs on ongoing initiatives or topics of interest, ensuring that programs are well-positioned to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Politics, or a related field is required. A Master’s or MBA is preferred but not mandatory, as strong experience is prioritized.
• 5+ years of experience in a research or strategy role preferably in a public sector organization
