Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement financial strategies to align with overall business objectives.
-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
-Oversee cash flow management, investments, and financial risk mitigation to optimize performance.
-Provide detailed financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
-Prepare and present financial reports to the board, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
-Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
-Collaborate with other departments to align financial processes with business goals.
-Monitor costs, expenses, and revenue performance.
-Review and reconcile accounts with bank statements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
-10+ years of experience in financial accounting and internal auditing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
-Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, and reporting.
-Experience in the banking, financial services, or large corporate sectors.
-Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
-Experience managing compliance, audits, and financial risk.
