Job offer: Economic Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze economic data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key economic indicators.
• Support the development of economic models and forecasts to assist in decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of detailed economic reports, presentations, and policy briefs.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to conduct industry-specific research and market assessments.
• Assist in evaluating the economic impact of proposed regulations, policies, and business strategies.
• Monitor global and regional economic trends to provide timely insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, assisting in the presentation of findings and recommendations.
• Help in managing and organizing large datasets and ensuring data quality for accurate analysis.
• Stay updated on relevant economic theories, methodologies, and tools to improve analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3 years of experience in economic consulting or related roles.
• Strong understanding of economic principles, data analysis, and market research techniques.
• Proficiency in economic modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis software (e.g., Stata, R, or similar tools).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
