Responsibilities
- Set and implement the overall business strategy to drive growth, operational efficiency, and product turnover within the dairy sector.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, debt size, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with board members to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and coordinate the manufacturing and commercial parts of the dairy department, ensuring effective production and market distribution.
- Monitor product shelf-life and quality, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and manage employee performance across multiple departments, conducting evaluations and fostering professional development.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient coordination between manufacturing, supply chain, and sales to boost product turnover and reduce waste.
- Analyze sales and market trends, adjusting pricing, marketing, and sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with finance to manage expenses and optimize cash flow.
- Make data-driven decisions to address operational challenges and improve business performance.
- Lead crisis management efforts, including product recalls and supply chain disruptions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience, ideally in the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Strong understanding of dairy production, supply chain management, and product lifecycle.
- Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies, focusing on product turnover and financial performance.
- Financial expertise in managing budgets, cash flow, debt, and financial reports.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
