Responsibilities

  • Set and implement the overall business strategy to drive growth, operational efficiency, and product turnover within the dairy sector.
  • Manage budgeting, cash flow, debt size, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with board members to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate the manufacturing and commercial parts of the dairy department, ensuring effective production and market distribution.
  • Monitor product shelf-life and quality, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee and manage employee performance across multiple departments, conducting evaluations and fostering professional development.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure efficient coordination between manufacturing, supply chain, and sales to boost product turnover and reduce waste.
  • Analyze sales and market trends, adjusting pricing, marketing, and sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage expenses and optimize cash flow.
  • Make data-driven decisions to address operational challenges and improve business performance.
  • Lead crisis management efforts, including product recalls and supply chain disruptions.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention while expanding market reach.
  • Other related tasks & duties could be assigned according to the direct manager instructions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience, ideally in the FMCG or dairy industry.
  • Strong understanding of dairy production, supply chain management, and product lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies, focusing on product turnover and financial performance.
  • Financial expertise in managing budgets, cash flow, debt, and financial reports.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Commitment to quality, safety regulations, and operational excellence.
