Job offer: Junior Freight Broker

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with carriers and negotiate freight rates.
• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues.
• Assist shippers with pricing and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Support senior brokers in expanding client and carrier networks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
