Responsibilities:
- Lead the export & import shipments.
- Checked import and export documentation to determine cargo contents and classified goods into different tariff.
- Strategically develop the compan's services and improve the price level to become always among the strong competitive forwarders.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts & tenders.
- Handling door-to-door shipments.
- Assist customers with requests, complaints, tracking, and tracing of their shipments.
- Checked files to include master and house bills of lading with shipper and consignee documents.
- Provide FCL/LCL/sea freight rate quotes to clients.
- Handling customs clearance.
- Responsible for all documentation related to shipping legally and flexibly.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding Import & Export operations preferably in a senior role.
- Excellent command of English (writing & speaking).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
