Job offer: Interior Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualize interior design ideas based on client needs, project requirements, and budget constraints.
• Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and material specifications.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.
• Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences for the project.
• Present design concepts, sketches, and plans to clients for feedback and approval.
• Provide expert advice on interior design options and solutions to enhance the client’s vision.
• Manage and coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of interior designs.
• Oversee construction and installation phases, conducting site visits to ensure that designs are being implemented accurately.
• Ensure that all interior designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals related to interior construction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building materials, and technological advancements to integrate innovative solutions into designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent spatial planning, color theory, and material knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
