Job offer: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage maintenance operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing.
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.
