Job offer: Blockchain Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end blockchain project lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders, providing clear and concise project updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to blockchain technology.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and document lessons learned.
• Stay updated on the latest blockchain trends, technologies, and industry developments to inform project decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to blockchain projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on blockchain or emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus. • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies.
