Responsibilities
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, met, and delivered on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and solution/product delivery within an AI service organization or analytics platforms.
- At least 8 years of experience in account management or customer success management.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in AI-driven solutions and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle service disruptions and drive operational efficiency.
