responsibilities
- Deliver technical onboarding sessions to channel partner sales teams, enabling them to understand and effectively represent e-signature solutions.
- Collaborate with channel partners to conduct account mapping exercises, identifying potential customers and business opportunities. Coordinate closely with the Channel Sales Manager on strategic accounts for follow-up.
- Own the pipeline for smaller opportunities with channel partners, independently managing deal closure and following up on ongoing prospects.
- Build and maintain technical relationships with channel partners, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed in promoting and selling solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support and resources to partners, conducting training sessions as needed to enhance their technical knowledge of our solutions.
- Monitor the pipeline of assigned deals and provide regular updates to the Channel Sales Manager, offering insights into partner performance and deal progress.
- Coordinate with the enterprise sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of larger deals, supporting collaborative efforts to close high-value opportunities with channel partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a technical sales or channel sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or a technology environment.
- A strong enthusiasm for sales, with proven success in closing deals and a desire to engage directly in the sales process.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and API-based solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts to partner sales teams.
- Skilled at establishing and nurturing technical relationships with partners, with a collaborative approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing data, reporting, and tracking partner performance and deal pipelines.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities for managing multiple partners and opportunities concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, proactively identifying and acting on opportunities without waiting for direction.
