Job offer: Sales Manager

responsibilities

• Lead and coach the SDR team to meet monthly targets for booked and completed demos.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve sales volume and deal closure goals.
• Actively listen to SDR calls and coach team members on how to improve their outreach and lead qualification skills.
• Foster skill development, motivation, and high performance across all teams.
• Play an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and growing top talent for the sales organization.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to improve efficiency and process management for all sales functions.
• Support the enterprise and channel sales teams by providing sales operations insights, strategies, and tools to accelerate deal closures.
• Create and implement scalable sales strategies that drive lead conversion and reduce sales cycle time.
• Optimize the sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure, leveraging data-driven insights.
• Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts and refine the sales funnel.
• Liaise with product and customer success teams to share market insights and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong skills in sales operations and process optimization, with a track record of enabling sales teams to hit or exceed targets.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional playbooks, quotations, and sales materials.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle leadership, strategy, and operational responsibilities.
• A collaborative mindset to work across teams and departments.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
