Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services and identifying their needs.
- Identify new sales opportunities and qualify leads to determine suitability for our offerings.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators.
- Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and close sales in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Proven ability to close sales, handle objections, and work toward goals in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and providing solutions.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
