Responsibilities
- Build and enhance our distribution network in all markets with a focus on the Middle East.
- Develop and manage distributor relationships to deliver strong alignment to agreed strategy and annual business plans.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement Annual Business & Marketing Plans aligning with distributors teams.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, and activities, track performance, and generate reports.
- Oversee the sales administration process, ensuring efficient quotation and order processing, and contract management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account and channel management, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentation, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Flexibility to work during non-business hours and willingness to travel within the region as required.
