Job offer: Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, interactive sessions on PowerApps, Copilot, AI, Coding, Machine Learning, and Azure Cloud Services, with a focus on real-world applications in education.
• Deliver fundamental training on Office 365, emphasizing its role in creating collaborative and innovative learning environments.
• Mentor students and educators in integrating Microsoft technologies into their projects for the Microsoft Imagine Cup and other innovation-driven competitions.
• Collaborate with educators to design programs that integrate Microsoft tools like PowerApps, Copilot, and AI into classroom teaching and eLearning initiatives.
• Provide strategies for leveraging technology to improve teaching outcomes and enhance student engagement.
• Design and customize training content to align with educational goals, organizational needs.
• Develop technology adoption plans tailored for schools and educational institutions.
• Assess learners' progress through projects, practical exercises, quizzes, and certifications mock exams.
• Provide actionable feedback to ensure their readiness for certifications and competition challenges.
• Promote the use of Microsoft technologies in education, demonstrating their transformative impact on teaching and learning.
• Stay updated on the latest in Microsoft technologies, certifications, and their applications in education.
• Partner with schools, universities, and other institutions to plan and execute technology-focused initiatives.
• Contribute to promotional activities for training programs, certifications, and technology integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Certified Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with expertise in Microsoft PowerApps, Azure Cloud Services, Office 365, AI, Machine Learning, and Copilot.
• Proven experience integrating technology into educational settings to enhance learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills with a passion for enabling digital transformation in education.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its application in both business and education.
• Experience working with educational institutions or in EdTech.
• Knowledge of programming languages and their application in education (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience mentoring students in innovation or competition-based projects like the Imagine Cup.
