Job offer: Senior BPM Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BPM workflows and applications based on business requirements.
• Develop integration solutions to connect BPM tools with enterprise systems.
• Ensure BPM applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map and document optimized workflows.
• Utilize BPM analytics to measure process performance and recommend changes.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance on BPM systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical training and support to users and teams.
• Maintain technical documentation for BPM applications and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and share BPM expertise across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
  fields.
• 5+ years of experience in BPM development and process improvement.
• Proficiency in BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Oracle BPM, or Appian.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, integration, and optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
