Job offer: Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements across multiple domains: Data
  Centers, Network Infrastructure, Audio-Video Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm
  Systems, and Building Management Services.
• Design and recommend the best-fit solutions for client needs, integrating products like Active
  Network Components, Environmental Monitoring Systems, and more.
• Create detailed technical proposals, product configurations, and pricing estimates tailored to the
  client's specifications.
• Lead presentations and demonstrations of the company’s solutions, showcasing their features and
  benefits in areas such as Audio-Video Systems, Fire Safety Solutions, and CCTV systems.
• Customize demonstrations based on client-specific requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned
  with their business and technical objectives.
• Establish strong relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as the primary
  technical point of contact.
• Engage with clients to assess their needs, explain technical concepts, and provide expert advice on
  the integration and deployment of our systems, including Network Infrastructure and Building
  Management Systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Data Centers, Network Components, CCTV
  systems, and other solutions provided by the company.
• Support the sales team in the transition of closed deals to the implementation phase, ensuring that
  technical specifications are clearly communicated and met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
  related technical field.
• Proven experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer or technical sales role, ideally in the domains of Data
  Centers, Network Infrastructure, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, or Building
  Management.
• Experience working with complex, integrated systems in IT, AV, security, or environmental
  monitoring.
• Strong technical background with the ability to design, present, and support solutions involving
  Data Centers, Audio Video, CCTV, Network Infrastructure, Fire Safety, and Building
  Management Systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical
  concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address customer requirements and
  technical obstacles.
