Job offer: Oracle Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design Oracle ERP solutions.
• Configure Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM.
• Test and validate system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Provide functional support to end-users and resolve system issues.
• Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for Oracle applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement customizations and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend Oracle ERP enhancements.
• Assist in developing workflows and reports to streamline operations.
• Ensure system configurations align with industry best practices and company policies.
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful Oracle implementations.
• Participate in project planning, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, or HCM.
• Strong understanding of business processes and Oracle system configurations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
