Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and technical staff.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver product roadmaps.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of new products and features, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security, while continuously optimizing technology stacks.
• Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources for key technology initiatives.
• Work closely with the CEO and other C-suite executives to set the company’s strategic direction and goals.
• Present technology plans, progress reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software development, cloud computing, and infrastructure management.
• In-depth understanding of the latest technologies, including AI, machine learning, blockchain, cloud services, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in a startup or scale-up setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance technology platforms and products.
