Job offer: Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.
• Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to the Quality of incoming materials, SFGs, and FGs in line with the QMS
• Guarantee production plans adherence and high consumer service level for the assigned production line(s).
• Ensure focus on delivering productivity targets by eliminating losses in processes related to uptime, DIM Waste, Yield, Overtime, R&M (repair and maintenance), utilities, and environment.
• Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the daily management systems according to the IMS and to support in the personnel skill/technical development of each team member in order to build ownership and team autonomy.
• Build effective networks relationships within production lines and other key stakeholders across the business in order to achieve outstanding business outcomes.
• Contribute to the full-year pillar plan definition and implementation aligned with OPEN+ Phase journey.
  
  

Qualifications

• Technical School (also known as Secondary Technical School or Technical University)
  College/University: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent education
• Overall experience: 1 year of experience in an industrial environment or related activities.
• Specific Experience: Previous experience or exposure to people coordination/management activities would be a plus.
• Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• Experience with Integrated Work System (IWS), DMS, and related tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.
• Fluent in English.
