Job offer: Proposal and Tender Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather technical input and ensure the accuracy of proposal content.
• Conduct research to tailor proposals to client needs and tender specifications.
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong research and analytical skills to craft customized proposals.
• Effective collaboration with technical teams to gather input for proposals when needed.
• Review tender documents and identify requirements, ensuring compliance in the proposal submission.
• Organize and manage proposal content for future reference and ensure consistent documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software engineering or any related field.
• Additional certification in technical writing, proposal writing, project management is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preparing technical and financial proposals, especially for tenders related to software and web development.
• Strong understanding of technical terms related to software and web development.
• Familiarity with product management practices.
• Ability to create detailed financial proposals, including cost breakdowns, resource allocation, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with tendering processes.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
