Responsibilities

  • Assume complete responsibility for all operational activities related to the project, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and job description requirements.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions to the project timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Make prompt and effective decisions when necessary, ensuring the project progresses smoothly and meets key milestones.
  • Oversee the consultant’s work, ensuring their timeline and quality of deliverables align with project requirements and client expectations.
  • Supervise contractor activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, cost control, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review and verify invoices submitted by both contractors and consultants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Monitor daily project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in Project Change Management , with the ability to effectively manage and adapt to project changes, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and costs.
  • Strong skills in Project Communications , ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of Project Cost Management , with the ability to track budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Oversight, with the ability to monitor, evaluate, and manage project progress, ensuring the successful delivery of all project objectives.
  • Proficient in Project Resource Management, capable of efficiently allocating and managing resources to meet project requirements, ensuring optimal use of materials, labor, and equipment.
