Responsibilities

• Develop or re-engineer courses aligned with business goals using adult learning principles.
• Translate business outcomes into measurable learning objectives.
• Experience in exam writing, certification test development, or psychometrics is a plus.
• Engage with clients to uncover true business needs and propose effective learning solutions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Oversee the development of multiple courses, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Deliver cost-effective, high-quality learning solutions.
• Familiarity with productivity tools (Microsoft Office®, Gmail, Skype).
• Knowledge of authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360®, Adobe Captivate®) and enterprise learning management systems (e.g., Saba, Cornerstone, SumTotal) is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of video, audio, and image editing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in education, instructional design, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong aptitude for technology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Dependable and persistent, with a proven track record of completing projects.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
