Job offer: UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create personas, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with technical constraints and business objectives.
• Continuously improve design skills by staying updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to bring designs to life.
• Identify opportunities for design improvements based on user research, analytics, and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with developers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects (user research, wireframes, UI).
