Job offer: Senior Digital Transformation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Analyze business processes across IT, finance, auditing, and operations to identify automation and process improvements.
• Advise senior leadership on technology trends and digital best practices to enhance organizational performance.
• Manage and mentor consultants, promoting a collaborative environment and driving innovative problem-solving.
• Oversee project lifecycles from initiation through deployment, handling budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, integrating data security and risk management into digital strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, with 5+ years in a consulting firm and expertise in cross-functional business analysis (IT, finance, operations).
• Proficiency in digital transformation frameworks and emerging technologies, with experience in strategy development.
• Strong leadership and project management skills for managing large-scale digital projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in digital transformation (e.g., Certified Digital Transformation Professional) or project management (PMP, Agile) preferred.
