Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory and Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
    • Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments, risk tolerance analyses, and goal-setting consultations with clients.
    • Proactively communicate with clients about changes in financial markets, portfolio performance, and personal financial updates.
  • Financial Planning and Strategy Development
    • Design and implement comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, tax, estate, and education planning.
    • Provide guidance on risk management and insurance strategies aligned with client goals.
    • Identify and recommend investment products and services that align with clients’ financial objectives.
  • Investment Management
    • Monitor client portfolios, conducting performance reviews and recommending adjustments as necessary.
    • Evaluate financial products, market trends, and economic data to support informed investment recommendations.
    • Work collaboratively with internal and external investment partners to provide optimal client solutions.
  • Compliance and Documentation
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and complete required documentation for transactions and client reviews.
    • Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting financial advisory practices and communicate impacts to clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in financial advisory, wealth management, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or relevant certification such as CFP, CFA preferred).
  • Licensing: Active Series 7, Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM tools, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, accessible way.
