Responsibilities:
• Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and
employee relations.
• Develop, implement, and edit HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local
labor laws and best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments to understand employee motivation and engagement levels,
implementing initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators
(KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, fostering a
positive and productive work environment.
• Lead talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with
market trends.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related
field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Jordan.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all
levels.
• Proven experience in policy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
