Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to align with overall business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
• Oversee cash flow management, investments, and financial risk mitigation to optimize
performance.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board, senior leadership, and external
stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional
development.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial processes with business goals.
• Monitor costs, expenses, and revenue performance.
• Review and reconcile accounts with bank statements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial accounting and internal auditing, with at least 4 years in a
leadership role.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience in the banking, financial services, or large corporate sectors.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing compliance, audits, and financial risk.
