Responsibilities:
- Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and edit HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments to understand employee motivation and engagement levels, implementing initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 7-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Jordan.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in policy development and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
