Job offer: Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the release process for AI models, including ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), and MT (Machine Translation).
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track project deliverables.
• Monitor Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and follow up on issues related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with the responsible teams.
• Communicate and coordinate efforts and status updates with internal teams (ASR, MT, TTS) and external teams.
• Provide regular status reports, updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong software engineering background.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience collaborating with technology partners of various sizes to deliver multi-team projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Proven experience in shipping end products or solutions, including full life-cycle and release management.
• Experience with mobility products is highly desired.
