Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the industrial, commercial, and automotive sectors for waste oil collection services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use this information to develop effective sales strategies.
- Engage with potential clients to present the company's waste oil collection services, highlighting the environmental and cost-saving benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Implement outdoor marketing campaigns, including distributing promotional materials, attending industry events, and organizing workshops or seminars to raise awareness of the company’s services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates and sales revenue, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the waste management or environmental services sector.
- Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the waste management industry and environmental regulations is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
