Responsibilities:

• Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and processes to identify improvement areas.
• Assist in designing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and propose process improvements.
• Support the creation and revision of policies and procedures.
• Monitor progress of organizational initiatives and prepare reports for management.
• Contribute to developing training programs to boost employee skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized university
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in organization development, process improvement, or a related field.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
