Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and alignment with organizational and project objectives.
- Oversee the design and execution of large-scale architectural projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative, functional design solutions.

- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
- Develop and implement architectural strategies, ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge design practices and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 16 years of experience in the architecture field, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading teams effectively.
- PMP certification preferred, with strong expertise in project management to ensure successful project execution.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex design challenges.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
